    Love him or hate him, Anthony Bourdain is the baddest food (and travel) dude on the block. After wrapping up the ninth season of "No Reservations" on the Travel Channel, Bourdain?migrated to CNN where he now hosts "Parts Unknown,"?which will "examine cultures from around the world through their food and dining and travel rituals." In the?premiere episode, Bourdain headed to Myanmar?where he sought to uncover what, exactly, Burmese food is, and how food culture evolved through the country's conflict. It's no secret that, especially when traveling through Asia, Bourdain is an outspoken advocate for the virtues of chowing down on street food.

  • Sequester Cuts Could Mean Travel Delays

    Budget cuts set to come into effect March 1 if Congress can't reach a deal might mean trouble for travelers. "Air traffic controllers and airport security will see cutbacks, which means more delays at airports across the country," the President warned in a speech Tuesday, printed on the White House blog. Back in 2011, nearly 4,000 employees were furloughed as Congress struggled to agree on legislation reauthorizing the FAA's operating budget.

    American Airlines unveiled a new logo and livery Thursday, as part of an effort to revitalize the brand. "Since placing our landmark aircraft order in July of 2011, we've been building anticipation toward a moment in time when the outside of our aircraft reflects the progress we've made to modernize our airline on the inside," said Tom Horton, American's chairman and CEO,?said in a press release. Other changes at the airline will include increased international service, fully lay-flat business class seats with all-aisle access, fleet-wide in-seat entertainment in all cabins (hooray!), as well as tablets for flight attendants and iPads for pilots.
