It might even change with the seasons. “Cooler tones work best with a silvery, pearlescent finish, which can make the skin look fresh and dewy,” she says. “Warmer tones usually work best on those who have some color or warmth in their skin, where gold tones are more visible on the skin—particularly great on those hot, balmy summer nights.”
