This Face Cream Is the Best Way to Get Baby-Soft Skin
What if you could go to bed and wake up looking more beautiful than you did when you put your head on your pillow? Yes, a good night’s sleep works wonders, but there are plenty of products out there that aim to take your beauty to the next level — and all you have to do is lie there. What’s better than that?
But do they actually work? I put them to the test to find out and share the results in this weekly column, In Bed With.
This is a rare confession for a beauty editor. I finished a jar of Kiehl’s Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream. Since our job requires testing many, many products, we often have to put one aside (even if we love it) to try another. Not this time.
I used this cream nightly, massaging it into my skin after I cleansed and toned, and every morning I woke up with dewy, glowing skin. As someone with chronic dry skin, my goal is for my face to feel baby soft and look like I just sprayed it with a beauty elixir like Caudalie, and I reached that goal after a week of using Pure Vitality.
Kiehl’s says the glow comes from Korean red ginseng root, which accelerates cell renewal. And the New Zealand manuka honey helps strengthen skin to remove those pesky fine lines.
For the price ($60) and the results, I’ll be reaching for this cream before bed every night.
