Better Business Bureau Gives Kylie Cosmetics an "F"
Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits are as popular ever, as you know if you have either tried to purchase one in the past few months or watched this week's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which documented Kylie's restock drama. But not everyone is on board with Kylie Cosmetics, most notably the Better Business Bureau. The organization recently gave Kylie's company an F, their lowest rating, because of customer complaints that haven't been resolved. Of the 133 complaints filed about Kylie Cosmetics, the BBB reports that 69 were related to delivery issues, while 55 were "problems with product/service."
Kylie is at least aware of the delivery drama, which seems to be partly caused by the products' distinctive packaging that inspires thieves to either take the entire box, or open it and remove the cosmetics inside. In May, Kylie announced that the boxes had been redesigned to be less recognizable from the outside, but the BBB says "the pattern of complaint allegations continues" as of June 23. The BBB also contacted Kylie Cosmetics in May about "a pattern of complaint allegations wherein complainants alleged that packages ordered were not delivered or only partially full when received." Who knew shipping logistics could be so ~dramatic? Place your bets now on whether or not this will become a plot point in the next season of KUWTK.
