Backstage at the fall Rachel Zoe presentation, makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury said the inspiration for the beauty look at the fall show was “Twiggy’s daughter.” What exactly does that mean? Luminous skin, cat eye liner, major lashes, and faux freckles—a nod to the 1960s with a contemporary twist.

Using MAC Cosmetics Hodge Podge Lip Pencil, Tilbury drew on freckles all over the cheek and lightly diffused them using her finger. “It immediately makes people look younger,” says Tilbury. Forget Botox! It turns out all you really need is a lip pencil.
