For the Spring 2016 campaign, Marc Jacobs debuted a unique cast of personalities like Bette Midler, Pat Cleveland, Beth Ditto, and more, each with a tribute from the designer himself. Now, he’s continuing the portraits-style campaign through Fall 2016. “The individuals in these photographs represent a collective embodiment of love, honesty, integrity, courage, strength, curiosity and inspiration. Together, as one story, this collection is a reminder to question and challenge normal and to continue exploring and pushing boundaries,” Jacobs wrote on Instagram.

Missy Elliott was just unveiled as a face of the campaign in a post Jacobs shared yesterday. “Missy’s music has kept me and my design team happily energized through countless weekdays, weeknights, and weekends during those long hours of sketching, fitting, styling, and doing looks,” he wrote, “I am in continued awe of Missy’s ability to push the boundaries of the style of music both to the eye and to the ear. It was a dream of mine to work with her.”

From the wings, to the hair, to Missy’s power to make the infamous black puffy winter coat look incredibly cool (it’s actually the Canada Goose Manitoba parka worn in the Fall 2016 runway show!)–it’s all so good.
