We’re obsessed with this Lisa Frank hair and want it to be a trend ASAP
If you’re like us, you absolutely love the idea of rainbow hair and its many iterations. Whether you love straight-up pastel hair in an Easter-inspired shade; or watercolor hair, which blends a few shades in a gorgeous painted way; or you’re all about the magic of unicorn hair, anything goes these days with hair trends… leading to truly stunning and unique results.
But what about if you’re a bit too shy to rock such a bold look or simply have a more conservative job that wouldn’t find it too cool if you came in looking like Rainbow Brite gone corporate? Well, we’ve got news for you, fearless friends – there’s a new version of rainbow hair that gives the same effect but remains (mostly) hidden.
According to PopSugar, hidden rainbow hair is a thing that you can now obsess over and possibly even try – especially if you live in London! A salon with the amazing name Not Another Salon has created a version of this pretty hair trend that looks like your standard blonde or brunette on top, but reveals gorgeous rainbow tones underneath.

The photo has racked up more than 11,000 “likes” and is the human equivalent to Lisa Frank book supplies. Colorist Carla Rinaldi also shared a few behind-the-scenes shots of the process, which is totally incredible and will inspire some serious rainbow envy.
