Rihanna Gives Green Hair a Try for New Project

Rihanna has experimented with a number of eclectic hairstyles throughout her career. The singer isn’t afraid to take risks and make dramatic changes, which is why her latest project won’t surprise any of her fans.

Faren Fucci, a Philadelphia- and New York-based stylist, recently shared a few outtakes from a photo shoot with the Barbadian beauty. In one, the singer is seen posing against a graffiti wall with green tresses, wearing a multicolored bodycon dress.

The stylist captioned the image, “a moment.” He also posted some behind-the-scenes shots of Rihanna before slipping on the green wig.

The source behind the project has not been named yet, but with two creative minds like Fucci and Rihanna, it will definitely be interesting. Fucci signed with Wilhelmina last month in the company’s artist division after styling Bella Hadid for the cover of Paper magazine’s “Outspoken” issue.

“I’m honestly still gagging at everything that has happened in the past months, from styling Bella Hadid for my first gig to signing with Wilhelmina,” he told Women’s Wear Daily of his newfound success. “I honestly didn’t expect any of this to happen until five years from now. With Wilhelmina, I’m seeking longevity, being that Internet sensations tend to fade away. I want to spin my ‘15 minutes’ into 15-plus years. I have a very high fashion IQ, but I’m not the most business-savvy yet. I’m hoping to build a brand overall, and the team at Wilhelmina understands that I’m more than just a stylist,” said Fucci.
