1. The Skin: Flushed, dewy skin—the kind you leave a yoga session, not spin class, with—replaces blushed and bronzed. At Jason Wu, the models got a spritz of rose mist for instant radiance before walking the runway.

2. The Lips: Shades of red ruled at Carolina Herrera, Burberry, and Dolce&Gabbana.

3. The Eyes: There were leather strips at Fendi, satin ones at Dior and graphic lines and shapes just about everywhere else. Consider spring the season to think outside the box. Dior Pastel Eyes Eyeliner Multi-Wear Adhesive Patches, $61, available February 1 on dior.com; Maybelline Master Graphic, $8, available January at drugstores.

4. The Hairstyle: Long, bohemian waves are the logical next step for the grown-out lobs we’ve all been wearing for the past year.

6. The Products: The next big innovations are coming in the form of powerful devices that replicate in-office treatments and targeted anti-aging skin care. 7. The Nails: Bare pinks are out; milky whites are in. A sheer cream manicure is “cooler and less girly than pink,” said nail artist Jin Soon Choi backstage at Vera Wang. JINsoon Nail Lacquer in Tulle, $18, sephora.com.

8. The New Kale: …is artichoke, according to Steve Macari of SLVRBK. Not only is the cleansing superfood high in fiber and antioxidants, many swear by it as a hangover fix.

9. The Workout: The hottest new fitness classes, like S10 in New York City, are all about burning fat by combining weight training with cardio.

10. The Accessory: A piece of sleek gold hardware dresses up a ponytail and makes unstyled hair look intentional. Take inspiration from the decorative barrettes at Valentino, Guy Laroche and Céline.
