It seems like another celeb opts for a rainbow-colored hair hue every day. And while Katy Perry, Gwen Stefani, and Nicole Richie have never afraid to experiment, the trend is finally hitting the mainstream. In just the past month, for example, girl-next-door stars like Hilary Duff and Julianne Hough dyed their hair baby blue and pastel pink, respectively.
