The wedding party included bridesmaids Drew Barrymore; Nicole Richie (Madden's sister-in-law); Cameron's sister, Chimene; and the actress's assistant, Jessica Lutz, according to Us Weekly. Sparrow Madden, the nephew of the groom and son of Richie and Benji's brother, Joel Madden, was the ring bearer. Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon, and Samantha Ronson were among the guests.
News that the couple was planning to tie the knot leaked early Monday. According to People, the newlyweds tried to keep their plans under wraps by telling neighbors they were having a pre-Golden Globes party.
Trucks from the Velvet Garden florists, Classic Party Rentals, and Beverage Warehouse were all spotted arriving at their private gated home today and a white tent was constructed in the backyard.
Yifat Oren, who planned weddings for Reese Witherspoon, Natalie Portman, Anne Hathaway, and Cameron's BFF Drew Barrymore, was spotted at the actress's house ahead of the hush-hush nuptials.

Us Weekly reported that Cameron and Benji had a small rehearsal dinner on Sunday in Beverly Hills. The actress also apparently had a bachelorette party over the weekend.
Benji and Cameron were first spotted out together in May after being set up by Richie, who is married to Benji's brother Joel.
Their relationship moved full-steam ahead with Diaz introducing the rocker to her parents two months later.
"Her mom is a fan of him as well and gave her blessing," a source told People after Benji popped the question.
The couple dodged engagement rumors for months after Cameron was first spotted with a mysterious ring on that finger in October. By December, she was rocking an even larger engagement-like ring.
"I'm not looking for a husband or marriage or not not looking for that stuff," she explained to Marie Claire around the same time. "I'm living, not thinking what I should or shouldn't be doing with my life."
This is the first marriage for Cameron and Benji.
Diaz previously had high-profile relationships with Jared Leto, Alex Rodriguez, Diddy, and Justin Timberlake, whom she dated for nearly four years. Benji has previously beeen romantically linked to Paris Hilton and Holly Madison, and was engaged to Sophie Monk in 2007.
