Zac Efron Resurfaces After Rehab Shocker

It's been over a week since it was revealed the "Parkland" actor completed a secret stint in rehab, and on Friday, Efron resurfaced on social media for the first time since the news broke.
Zac posted a photo to his WhoSay account with a special message to his fans:
"Hey guys! Just returned from an incredible trip to Peru with my dad and wanted to thank you all for your support these past few weeks ... means the world to me. Love you guys! – Z"
Efron, 25, sought treatment for drugs and alcohol about five months ago, omg! confirmed.
"He's great and doing really well," sources close to the actor told omg! about how Zac is today. "He's really focusing on his career. You would have no idea he even had a problem by looking at his behavior today."
This week, false reports circulated that Zac collapsed after a supposed "heroin overdose," although omg! has learned there is no truth to that allegation.
However, Zac did reportedly abuse cocaine and Molly, a form of Ecstasy, which is why he got help. And we're glad he did, because he appears to be better than ever.
