Bobby Cannavale Wishes ‘The Rock’ (aka His Son) a Happy 1st Birthday

Bobby Cannavale and Rose Byrne’s baby boy has already reached the one-year mark.

The Vinyl alum, 46, posted a photo of Rocco, whom he affectionately refers to as “The Rock,” on Instagram Thursday, writing, “Happy Birthday my beautiful boy.”

The photo, the first Cannavale has shared with the baby’s full face, was taken on famed Bondi Beach in New South Wales, Australia, where the family has been on an extended stay. Byrne, who was born in Sydney, is filming Peter Rabbit, which also stars Margot Robbie and Daisy Ridley. She plays a version of Beatrix Potter. Prior to that, in November, the Bridesmaids actress, 37, starred in a production of David Mamet’s Speed-the-Plow in Sydney.

Cannavale, who also has a grown son with his ex-wife, Jenny Lumet, has shared a slew of photos from their summer Aussie adventures. There was this sweet shot with his “beautiful lady” the day they visited the Great Barrier Reef:

Cannavale and Byrne have been together since 2012. Last fall, she was photographed wearing a diamond ring on that finger, but they have yet to confirm an engagement or marriage. Either way, they have their Rock.
