Celebs React to the Death of Debbie Reynolds
Hollywood is mourning the loss of legend Debbie Reynolds. Just one day after her daughter Carrie Fisher’s death, the Singin’ in the Rain actress has passed away at age 84.
According to reports, Debbie was helping make funeral arrangements for Carrie on Wednesday afternoon when she had trouble breathing. She was rushed to the emergency room for a possible stroke and passed away hours later.
“She’s now with Carrie and we’re all heartbroken,” Debbie’s son Todd Fisher told the AP in a statement.
Messages of condolences from Debbie’s co-stars, family, friends, and celebrity fans immediately started appearing on social media:
