Rosie O'Donnell and Michelle Rounds have finalized their divorce.
A rep for O'Donnell confirmed the news to People Wednesday: “The divorce is finalized, this is just a formality for the paperwork to be submitted.”
According to the New York Post's Page Six, their lawyers will head to Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday to make the divorce official.
The comedian, 54, filed for divorce from Rounds last February, and the two reached a settlement in October. At the time, O'Donnell joked to reporters outside the courtroom that “There’s peace in the Middle East” and that both women were “very happy about the outcome.”

The exes, who were married for just over two years, previously battled for custody of their daughter Dakota, 3, after Rounds filed for sole custody in April. At the time of the settlement, however, the two reportedly agreed to joint legal custody.
O'Donnell was previously married to Kelli Carpenter, with whom she has four children, from 2004–07.
