A minimalist trio of flowers for a modern Valentine’s Day arrangement.

Sometimes it can make even more of an impact if you place a single flower in a contrasting large vase. It not only pleases the eye, it pleases the pocketbook!

Materials:

  • Fresh-cut flowers

  • Large wide-mouth glass containers or vases

Tools:

  • Flower cutters

Instructions:

  1. Take a single-stemmed flower with a large bloom or multiple large blossoms and remove a majority or al of the leaves.

  2. Cut the stem on an angle (this will help the flower last longer).

  3. Angle the single stem in a wide-mouth container or vase.
