The new year means many people will (once again) be thinking about ways to lose that gut, tone those arms, and generally get off to a fresh, fit start.

You can join a gym, of course, or just put on some decent tennis shoes and go for a jog. But sometimes it takes a fresh approach to inspire you to get off your keister. Here are a few fun ideas to get you thinking (and then moving) in 2015.
