Celebrities With Lookalike Grandkids

Growing up in a famous family can be challenging for anyone, especially if you want to follow in the same footsteps as your parents and grandparents. Then, there are also the comparisons to your famous relative when you look exactly alike — it can be hard to carve your own path in life.

There are quite a few actors who come to mind right away like Rose Schlossberg being a doppelg?nger for her late grandmother, Jackie Kennedy Onassis, or the late Benjamin Keough being Elvis Presley’s mini-me — some of the resemblances are remarkable. “Ben does look so much like Elvis,” mom Lisa Marie Presley shared with CMT a decade ago. “He was at the Opry and was the quiet storm behind the stage. Everybody turned around and looked when he was over there. Everybody was grabbing him for a photo because it is just uncanny.”

Some of the grandkids prefer to stay out of the spotlight but looking just like their family member keeps shoving them back into the public eye. Find out who looks just like their legendary grandparent, we think at least one name will surprise you.

As an ambassador for the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, Tivey has lived his life fighting for a cause dear to Taylor’s heart. “Thirty years ago, my grandma founded the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation to provide direct care for people living with and affected by HIV and AIDS,” Tivey wrote to People in 2021. “The fight against HIV/AIDS was such a vital part of her legacy, and although the fight is far from over, I’m honored to see ETAF continue her work — educating legislators, raising awareness for the public, disproving myths and decreasing fear and stigma. I know grandma would be proud of this work too.”

“Grandma stood up for what she believed in, living boldly and courageously,” he continued. “She would never buckle under pressure, and she certainly would not support the status quo if the status quo didn’t feel right.

Elvis Presley never met his grandchildren, but Lisa Marie Presley’s oldest son, Benjamin Keough, who sadly died by suicide in 2020, looked so much like The King. His mom, the late Lisa Marie Presley, called the resemblance “uncanny” and it made her emotional just thinking about it. “Sometimes I am overwhelmed when I look at him,” she shared with CMT in 2012.

There’s no denying that Billie Lourd suffered an unimaginable loss when her mother, Carrie Fisher, and grandmother Debbie Reynolds, died just days apart in 2016. For Lourd, she treasures the memories her lookalike grandmother passed along to her.

“Debbie was still encouraging me to put an act together,” Lourd reminisced to Town & Country. “Literally three days before she died, she was like, ‘What numbers are you going to put in your act? Who are you going to impersonate?’ I said, ‘I don’t think people do acts as much anymore.’ And she came back, ‘That’s why if you do one you’ll be more successful than anyone else. The act is a dying art, and someone needs to revive it.'”

Kirk Douglas & Cameron Douglas

Cameron Douglas inherited that chiseled jawline and famous hairline that his grandfather Kirk Douglas was known for. He was lucky enough to have his grandpa around until the age of 103, so he cherishes the moments they had together, especially when Cameron found himself in jail after years of trouble with drugs and alcohol.

“He believed in me even when maybe I had given up on myself,” he told The Hollywood Reporter after Kirk passed away in February 2020. “He was always there, always supportive … He made sure I knew that.”

Jackie Kennedy Onassis & Rose Schlossberg

Being a part of the Kennedy Camelot lore is a big act to follow, but for Rose Schlossberg, she’s a constant reminder of her legendary grandmother, and former First Lady, Jackie Kennedy. They share the same gorgeous, dark hair along with an air of grace and elegance.

The actress and filmmaker shared a close bond with her when she was a kid. “Jackie, who lived just a few blocks away from the Schlossbergs on the Upper East Side, saw Rose basically every day and doted on her,” author Christopher Andersen told the New York Post. “Jackie knew it was important to sow the seeds of good behavior early on, and she tried to do that in the final years of her life. It was a mission for her.”

Tex Ritter & Jason Ritter

The smile and the eyes tell a Ritter family story — Tex and grandson Jason Ritter look a lot alike. As a child of Hollywood legends, including his late father, actor John Ritter, Jason has taken it all in stride.

“No one has compared me to Tex, yet,” he astonishingly told CMT. “I have just accepted that fact because I do kind of look like him [father], and I grew up with him, so some of my mannerisms come directly from watching him as I was growing up. I know to a certain degree that I won’t be able to get away from that, but I definitely feel a certain amount of pressure just to honor their talent and their abilities. It does push me to want to be the best actor I can and really take it seriously.”

Grace Kelly & Camille Gottlieb

As the daughter of Princess Stephanie of Monaco, Camille Gottlieb heard the comparisons to her late grandmother, Grace Kelly, quite a bit growing up. “I was especially honored to be told about this resemblance to my grandmother, Princess Grace,” Camille gushed to Point de Vue. “Every time my mother tells me about her, it’s to say what an extraordinary woman and what an exemplary mother she was.”

From the blonde hair to the gorgeous blue eyes, it’s hard not to see how Gottlieb is Princess Grace’s mini-me.

Gregory Pack & Ethan Peck

Their resemblance is easy to see with the shock of dark hair and expressive faces — and Ethan Peck grew up in the shadow of his legendary grandfather, Gregory Peck, who was Hollywood royalty for his work in Roman Holiday and To Kill a Mockingbird.

“We share the name. But it feels like my own,” Ethan told the New York Post. “He was Grandpa — and also an icon. It’s still hard for me to fathom the level at which he was appreciated on an international scale.”

Today Show co-host Jenna Hager Bush looks a lot like her mom, former First Lady Laura Bush, but when you look at side-by-side photos with her “Gampy,” aka former President George H.W. Bush, it’s a shocking surprise. There is something about their sweet smiles that shows off the Bush family resemblance.

When her beloved grandpa passed away in 2018, she shared a love letter on the morning show. “Whatever demands were placed on him in his professional life, and there were many, we all knew we could count on him,” she wrote. “He made each of us feel adored, always. He was our rock.”

Besides twinning with their gorgeous curly hair, they both share of love of music, one that has earned his grandfather, Bob Dylan, a place in history as one of the greatest songwriters of all time.

“My grandfather, I consider him the Jay-Z of his time,” he wrote in his blog as a teen, via Rolling Stone. “I love him to death.”
