The onscreen chemistry of the Keating Five is so convincing because of the actors' offscreen time spent together. You may not know this, but before the actors officially started filming they were all flown out to Philadelphia to get acquainted and get to know each other. This was done to strengthen their onscreen dynamics and make their chemistry seem more real. As we all know, it worked, and the rest is history.

During Season 4 of HTGAWM, Viola Davis's husband, Julius Tennon, guest-starred on the show. In the episode, his name is Desmond, and he is someone that Annalise meets on a flight. Annalise decides not to pursue anything with Desmond because she thinks she may get more than what she bargained for, and the circumstances would be too complicated for her.

4.Young Gabriel is Tom Verica's real son.

So we all know that Gabriel Maddox is Sam Keating's long-lost biological son. But you were probably wondering why the younger version of Gabrielle looks so identical to Sam Keating. Did the directors do that great of a job at casting the role? In actuality, young Gabrielle is played by Danter Verica, Tom Verica's actual biological son.

Editing your appearance for a role is not uncommon in Hollywood, but sometimes the change is so believable that viewers think it is the real you. Katie Findlay plays Rebecca Stutter, and her character has some noticeable face piercings that have led to fans speculating whether they are real or not. The answer is no. The piercings in Rebecca Sutter's ears, nose, and under her lip are all fake. Katie Findlay does not have one actual piercing in real life.

Katie Findlay as Rebecca Sutter

Does anyone else notice that we never really see the inside of Rebecca's apartment? Seriously, anytime she's with Wes, she's at his apartment, and anytime we see her at her place, we can barely see inside. Was this the director's way of keeping Rebecca's character mysterious and keeping the audience suspicious of her activity? What was she hiding? Or what did the producer want us to think she was hiding?

If you wondered why some of the sex scenes slowed down a bit for Annalise, there is an actual reason for this. Despite this injury, she was able to finish the scene. Afterward, Davis has stated that she had blown her back out recommending directors put a time out on those types of psychical scenarios for Annalise's character for a little while.
