When you’re constantly in the spotlight, it makes sense that you’d want to keep whatever you can about your private life as private as possible. Whether it be your children, your hobbies, or even your beauty routine, everyone has a right to their privacy — especially when it comes to their love life.
Whether it’s a new romance or a decades-long marriage, some celebrities like to keep their love life between them and whoever they’re with. Some don’t mind the paparazzi swarming their dates, and some don’t even want to post about their partner on social media. It’s all about comfortability and boundaries (which we love seeing people put up)!
But these celebrity couples are more private than others, whether it be neither having social media or the fact that they’ve never hit a red carpet together despite years of being together. Some have only made one comment about their partner in an interview from a decade ago, while others have no problem talking about them in interviews, but make sure to keep them away from the flashing paparazzi scene.
These celebrities value their privacy, and we really love to see their private romances thriving with the snippets we do see.
From Brenda Song and Macaulay Culkin’s surprising and private love to super-private marriages like legend Dolly Parton and her husband Carl Thomas Dean, celebrities keep their relationships private in many different ways.
Honestly, some of these couples keep their relationships so private, that you may have forgotten about the pairs entirely! Check out which celebrity couples keep their romance on the down low below:
