'Blindspot' Sneak Peek: Reade's Discovery Leads to a 'Moment of Clarity'
What is going on with Reade? On last week’s Blindspot, he was knocked unconscious by a shadowy assailant after discovering someone driving Carter’s car away the night of his disappearance. That smoking gun in the hands of a friend is a thousand times more dangerous to Jane than in the hands of an enemy.
So why is Reade now saying that it was nothing? Has he been dosed with ZIP to give him amnesia? Has Oscar’s “bad cop” got to him — maybe threatening Sarah’s life? Or maybe he actually did have a “moment of clarity” and trusts Jane now? Technically, he’s right: Jane didn’t kill Carter.

His situation may not even be the most interesting part of this scene. Mayfair has been growing increasingly suspicious of Jane. Now that all the loose ends of Project Daylight have been tied up, you would think she would be less eager to dig into Jane’s past. What else is she hiding? It looks like there are still a lot more questions than answers coming up in the next few episodes.
Blindspot airs at Mondays at 10 p.m. on NBC.
