'Castle' Sneak Peek: Castle Picks His Poison

What a way to go. Or not.

For eight seasons, ABC’s Castle has shown us just about every kind of cause of death possible. (A museum curator crushed by a falling gargoyle? Check!) But here’s one we’ve never seen before. Let’s just say, the victim in next week’s episode might just have nine lives like a cat.

In this exclusive sneak peek clip from the upcoming Castle episode “Dead Again,” Lanie (Tamala Jones) and Castle (Nathan Fillion) are trying to piece together the cause of death of a city safety inspector (guest star Jonathan Silverman) who appears have been poisoned by his drinking water.

But, as is often the case on this ABC crime drama, things aren’t always what they seem, especially when it comes to a corpse. Take a look at the clip to see the dead guy’s surprise.
