5 Indianapolis restaurants among Yelp's Top 100 in Midwest

Five Indianapolis restaurants landed on Yelp’s list of Top 100 Places to Eat in the Midwest.

The Midwest list includes restaurants from a dozen states — Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Best Indianapolis-area restaurants include:

• Vida - #29

• Che Chori Foods - #34

• Delicia - #35

• Chris' Ice Cream - #37

Two of those restaurants also are on Yelp’s list ot top 100 restaurants in the nation for 2023, the Latin American-inspired Livery is ranked No. 91 on the nationwide list, while Vida is ranked No. 37 nationally. Both are part of the Cunningham Restaurant Group.

Yelp factored in the total volume and ratings of reviews between Jan. 1, 2021, and May 1, 2023 in compiling the Top 100 Places to Eat in the Midwest.
