Street festival Heard on Hurd will return to Hurd and Broadway in downtown Edmond from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday. This month’s theme is “Dancing in September,” with live dance performances in addition to musicians Graham Colton, Ross Clayton and Grayson Hamm. Local artists and food trucks will be onsite. Rock band The Wallflowers will be in concert at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Tulsa Theater, 105 W Reconciliation Way. The Grammy-winning act is the project of songwriter Jakob Dylan, and the band’s 1996 album “Bringing Down the Horse” went quadruple platinum on the strength of hit single “One Headlight.” Yeah Huh opens. Oklahoma City pop band The Nghiems will celebrate the release of a new single titled “Stay” with a 9 p.m. Saturday show at the 51st Street Speakeasy, 1114 NW 51st St. Late Night Messages and Gabriel Hancock and the Sick Forms are also on the bill, and the show is 21+ and $5 at the door. BOB: Dylan Meets Marley starts at 8 p.m. Friday at the Devon Lawn Band Shell at Myriad Gardens, 301 W Reno Ave. The free outdoor concert features nearly a dozen Oklahoma artists paying tribute to the songs of Bob Dylan and Bob Marley.
