Adam Levine's surprise subway performance with Jimmy Fallon
On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Adam Levine, who you may know from such things as The Voice and Maroon 5 joined Jimmy Fallon for a little incognito subway station performance. Sporting beards, dark sunglasses, big hats, and an overall retro ’70s bluegrass cowboy kind of look, they sang Queen’s “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” and gathered a pretty decent crowd for a few hairy guys busking on a subway platform.
But when the gentleman lost their whiskers, the audience lost their minds. Peeling his beard off, Fallon said, “I’d just like to say hello, my name is Jimmy Fallon. And this is Maroon 5! Give it up!”
And give it up they did. With their famous faces revealed, Adam gave them his voice while Fallon gave them a whole lot of tambourine. Singing along to Levine’s “Sugar,” the crowd definitely enjoyed their unexpected Adam Levine concert, but Fallon might have had the most fun hitting those high notes.
