‘After the Final Rose’: Ben Doubles Down on Lauren as JoJo Doubles Down on Series

The Bachelor: After the Final Rose aired immediately following The Bachelor and Ben Higgins’s beautiful proposal to Lauren Bushnell. Ben didn’t think that his proposal in Jamaica was good enough, particularly the fact that he had to ask Lauren’s dad for permission over the phone, so with their families gathered, he proposed again. Don’t worry — Lauren said yes again too. We also learned that Lauren will be moving to Denver to live with Ben.

JoJo Fletcher also was on the show, and she didn’t seem too broken up about not being picked by Ben. Probably because it was revealed that she will be the new Bachelorette on the upcoming season. Maybe soon she’ll know what it feels like to tell someone that she loves that person but that she loves someone else more. One can only hope … fingers crossed!
