Alexandra Daddario had some trouble hiding her pregnancy while she filmed the second season of her television show.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly at San Diego Comic-Con, the actress, who is currently pregnant with her first baby, and her castmates shared how Daddario, 38, attempted to hide her pregnancy while they filmed season 2 of Mayfair Witches.

"Alex had a giant secret," costar Ben Feldman says, noting that the cast would often go out while filming in New Orleans and Dublin. "Alex was at home with her secret every night."

But the cast explained that things became more obvious when Daddario would throw up in between takes.

"She would say, 'Excuse me for a minute' and she'd walk off set," says Harry Hamlin, with Feldman jumping in to joke, "Which is so cool when you're the love interest."

"One time I threw up right outside my trailer, and my best friend had to hose it down," Daddario recalls. "I was like, 'Can someone get me a sandwich please? And no cold cuts please?' Ben was like, 'Are you pregnant?' And I'm like, 'That's none of your business, and by the way, get me some watermelon."

"I was the love interest who had to kiss the person who was puking," Feldman shares.

"The vomit monster," Daddario calls herself, saying that the two didn't bother with mints or breath freshener. "I was like, 'I just threw up, let's go for it.'"

In July, Daddario announced with Vogue that she is expecting her first baby with husband Andrew Form after nearly four years together.

The magazine shared that Daddario has been keeping her pregnancy under wraps for six months. Vogue also posted the announcement on their Instagram, sharing serval pictures of The White Lotus star cradling her baby bump.

Daddario and her television and film producer husband tied the knot in June 2022. Form was previously married to American-Brazilian actress Jordana Brewster, with whom he shares two sons, Rowan and Julian.
