All 12 Original ‘Hunger Games’ Team Costumes, Ranked

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 opens this weekend, and while it offers story resolution for Katniss and her colleagues, it doesn’t have much in the way of the series’ famously outlandish costumes (Its wartime milieu is a little too downbeat for that). So let’s take a look back at the first film in the series, when everyone was just a little more baby-faced, the CGI wasn’t quite as big-budget, and the costume designers were unbounded in their let’s-throw-everything-at-the-wall-and-see-what-sticks approach to bringing the novels’ death prom outfits to life.
