Are Gleb Savchenko and Brooks Nader Dating from Dancing With the Stars?
Though the rumors that Savchenko and Nader are dating started swirling as soon as the two were announced to be competing together on Dancing With the Stars Season 33, the dancer confirmed to TMZ, that those rumors were false. “Brooks is cool and fun,” Savchenko reportedly told the outlet, but “he’s not into her romantically, and he’s not focused on dating anyone right now.”
Why did rumors start swirling about their potential romantic involvement, then? Well, it all goes back to a March 2023 interview Savchenko gave to U.S. Sun, where he listed his requirements for a partner, saying: “Number one, she needs to be a hard worker. If she’s a hard worker, that means with a lot of practice, we’ll get things done,” he explained. “Number two, I do want her to have a little bit of a dance experience, dance ability to have rhythm, not be pigeontoed, be able to straighten her legs.”
But that wasn’t the part that rubbed fans wrong, no. Instead, it was when Savchenko added that “it would be nice if she’s hot” and “nice to look at.”

Enter Nader, a 27-year-old Sports Illustrated model and it’s easy to see why fans immediately thought Savchenko would be interested.
There’s also the fact that the two have shared some videos together on social media as they prepare for the show’s premiere, with one particular TikTok video shared by Nader showing her sitting on Savchenko’s lap as he wrapped his arm around her waist.
“Oh they’re gonna get together,” one person commented on the post.
“We get it, you already slept together ??,” a second fan joked.
“Are these two single? are we getting a love story?” someone else wondered, with another adding, “LMAO the producers knew exactly what they’ were doing.”

But Savchenko’s official response, for now, is that he and Nader are not dating. How that changes as Dancing With the Stars get underway is anyone’s guess.
Nader also confirmed to First For Women in September 2024 that she’s single. “All my sisters are single except for one, So it’s fun to pretend we’re like Sex and the City without the sex part,” she said. “It’s fun to be with all your sisters talking about all these dudes. The good, the bad, all of it.”
Still, she understood why people thought she and Savchenko were dating. “I think that we have a really good connection as people, which is helpful on the dance floor because we are in sync, and we move as one. He’s obviously a great guy and he’s such a great teacher. I met him two weeks ago, but we’ll see what happens over the next few months.”
She also told Heavy in September 2024 that Savchenko was a “great guy,” but she’ll see “what happens” with him over the course of the show. “We’re in sync. And we kind of move as one and he’s obviously a great guy. And he’s such a great teacher. So I mean I just met him two weeks ago. But yeah, we’ll see what happens over the next few months,” she said.
DWTS is ABC’s popular dance competition where professional dancers compete and are paired up with celebrities to win the coveted Mirrorball trophy. The show premiered in 2005 and has aired for 32 seasons. Each week, competitors are eliminated based on a combination of public voting and scores received from the judges. Savchenko joined DWTS as a pro in Season 16. He was a troupe member in Season 17 before returning as a pro from Season 23 to Season 32. He participated in the most recent season of Dancing With the Stars with his celebrity partner, actress Mira Sorvino. The duo finished in tenth place.
