Tayshia Adams finally finds love on season finale of ‘The Bachelorette’
The Bachelorette finale on Tuesday ended in a wonderful celebration of love as Tayshia Adams and Zac Clark got engaged. Adams and Clark had a strong connection throughout the unique season, and it finally came to fruition with an accepted proposal.
The episode started out with three suitors, but Ivan Hall went home early for a somewhat mysterious reason. Apparently there was a conversation, which never made it to air, in which they apparently had irreconcilable differences over religion.
Prior to the final rose ceremony, Adams told Ben Smith that he would not be receiving a rose because her heart belonged to someone else. He had already been sent home once before, so this was not entirely surprising.
Going into the rose ceremony only Clark remained. It was refreshing because instead of wondering who would end up with the bachelorette, fans got to just watch the special moment unfold.
“I can honestly say, like wholeheartedly, that Zac is my person,” Adams said. “And I truly don't think I have the words to describe the love that I have for him, and the way he makes me feel.”
They met in a beautiful desert area where they professed their love for each other and got engaged. Following the proposal they climbed into a paper-mache taxi and said they were headed to New York.
The Bachelorette airs on ABC. For more information please visit the network website.
