America Ferrera, Dita Von Teese Were Off to the Races at Goodwood Revival

LONDONA celebration of vintage cars and clothes, this year’s Goodwood Revival was attended by a fleet of famous faces.

Attendees, including America Ferrera, Charlotte Dellal, Priya Ahluwalia and Alexandre Grimaldi, the prince of Monaco’s son, perused the program of talks, workshops and demonstrations that tackled different ways to rethink, repair and re-wear vintage items.

Recalling the racing days from 1948 to 1966 at historic Sussex home Goodwood House, guests were encouraged to sport period dress from the era. Those particularly confident in their looks participated in the Best Dressed competition, judged by Zandra Rhodes, Dita Von Teese and Patrick Grant.

Von Teese looked every inch a pin-up throughout the three-day fete.

In one look, a smart tailored khaki blazer featured a bejeweled brooch and silky green skirt was accessorized with a jaunty hat. On another day, she wore a navy skirt suit, paired with gold pumps and a matching clutch. A black scoop neck corseted to paired with a ruby red hat and bag rounded out her outfits.

But guests who may not have come dressed for the occasion didn’t fret: luxury vintage pop-up boutiques including Hardly Ever Worn It and a one-off revival of the vintage emporium, Virginia, were onsite.

In the spirit of sustainability, this year’s Goodwood Revival was the first motorsport event to run its entire race schedule solely on sustainable fuel.
