Ant Anstead Gushes Over ‘Beautiful’ Girlfriend Renée Zellweger in New “Bridget Jones” Poster: ‘That’s My Ren’

The British automotive expert and award-winning actress have been in a relationship since 2021

Ant Anstead can't stop gushing over Renée Zellweger!

The British automotive expert, 45, shared his sweet reaction to the movie poster for his girlfriend’s newest project, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, in his Instagram Stories on Friday, Aug. 23.

“Oh man… she’s so beautiful….!” Anstead wrote in black text underneath the poster. “That’s my Ren (lucky boy),” he added, followed by a heart-eye emoji.

In the poster, Zellweger, 55, is seen posing as her iconic character Bridget Jones for the fourth installment of the fan-favorite franchise. It’s set to premiere on Valentine’s Day in 2025, nine years after 2016's Bridget Jones's Baby premiered.

The actress will star alongside Hugh Grant and Emma Thompson, who are reprising their roles from past movies, as well as Leo Woodall and Isla Fisher in the upcoming film.

Anstead has been showing his support for Zellweger’s new movie in more ways than one.

In April, a source told PEOPLE that the Celebrity IOU: Joyride host would be temporarily moving back to England while the Judy star works on the highly-anticipated film.

"Ant is going over to the U.K. with Renée while she is filming [Bridget Jones's Diary 4] later this year,” the insider told PEOPLE at the time. “Ant is excited to spend time with his older kiddos."

The dad of three shares daughter Amelie, 20, and son Archie, 17, with his first wife Louise Storey. They are based in the U.K. while his 4-year-old son Hudson, whom he shares with ex-wife Christina Hall, lives in California.

Before filming began in the spring, Zellweger and Anstead — who have been in a relationship since 2021 — were spotted sharing a sweet kiss at one of Archie's rugby games on Tuesday, April 30. The sweet moment happened after they both touched town in England for their temporary move.

The couple already share a place together in California “that they both love” and that they moved to in spring 2023, a source confirmed to PEOPLE at the time.

While Zellweger is busy filming the next chapter of Bridget Jones, Anstead is also working on his own project — a new Discovery+ series called The Naked Mechanic. The new show will document Anstead tackling the challenges that come with fixing up antique automobiles in order to fund the complete restoration of the 500-year-old farmhouse he bought in rural England for his parents.
