Arizona brewers won big, again. Here are 5 medal-winning beers to try now
Four Arizona breweries took home medals in multiple categories at the 2023 Great American Beer Awards.
The Great American Beer Awards were first presented in 1987. Judges from the industry come together and blindly taste beers in different categories to award gold, silver and bronze to the top three. Beers that exemplify the category in taste, appearance and aroma receive gold; excellent beers that vary slightly from the style receive silver; and those that vary slightly from the style, taste, appearance and aroma receive bronze.
