Arkansas Comic Con returning to Little Rock in September

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Fans of pop culture will have a weekend to celebrate at the Arkansas Comic Con in Little Rock next month.

The Sept. 6-8 event will be held at the Statehouse Convention Center. The times for the event are listed below:

  • Friday, Sept. 6: 3 to 8 p.m.

  • Saturday, Sept. 7: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Sunday, Sept. 8: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This year’s lineup will include guests like Ray Park (Darth Maul in Star Wars), Skeet Ulrich (Billy Loomis in Scream), Michael Rooker (Yondu in Guardians of the Galaxy) Scott Innes (the voice of Scooby Doo) and more.

Organizers said that the event will include questions and answers with celebrities, cosplayers, video game contests and photo opportunities. There will also be exhibit setups from fandoms of Star Wars, Star Trek, Ghostbusters and more, organizers said.

Advance tickets are available from ticket provider, Tixr, for ranging from $30 to $75. Kids 10 and under attend free with paid adult admission.
