Ashley Park, known as Mindy in Netflix’s “Emily in Paris,” took over Times Square in style as she stopped by “Good Morning America” on Tuesday. The actress, who came to talk the second part of the hit series’ fourth season, put her own spin on the double denim trend, instead tripling it.

Park wore an oversize denim blazer paired Versace’s Medusa ’95 flared jeans and denim corset top in a matching wash, both of which featured bold stitching and structural cuts. She accessorized with a black mini Versace handbag and heeled shoes.
The double-denim trend, celebrated for its early 2000s revival, is once again dominating high fashion, with designers elevating it in the fall 2024 collections. Fendi, Dior and Victoria Beckham are just a few of the designers who featured the double-denim trend in their fall 2024 collections.
The trend continued at the spring 2025 shows in New York last week, with double denim dominating collections from Coach, Cinq à Sept, LaQuan Smith, Monse and Michael Kors, featuring styles from structured outerwear to evening ensembles.
Park also featured some denim pieces in her capsule collection with Weekend Max Mara. Called “A Weekend With Ashley Park,” the collection with retro vibes is crafted primarily from cotton, linen and denim, including some more all-denim looks.
“The collaboration came up pretty natural as I had the chance to know the brand’s team at some of their major events over the past few years,” Park previously explained to WWD’s Sandra Salibian, praising the label’s collections for being “feminine, refined and perfect for every occasion, which is exactly what I also wanted to work on.”
