‘Bachelor Pad’ Stars: Where Are They Now?
Bachelor Pad premiered in August 2010 and ran for three seasons before being replaced by Bachelor in Paradise, but it left a memorable impact on fans.
Like its successor, Bachelor Pad featured a cast of contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. The twist? Cast members not only looked for love but also competed in challenges for a $250,000 grand prize.
Things got particularly tense when the final two contestants were escorted to separate deliberation rooms and could choose to keep or share the prize money. If they both chose to share, they split the winnings, but if they both tried to keep the earnings, the losing contestants split the cash.
Season 1 winners, Natalie Getz and David Good, and season 2 winners, Holly Durst and Michael Stagliano, chose to split the money 50-50. In season 3, Nick Peterson sparked outrage when he turned on partner Rachel Truehart at the last minute, keeping the entire prize for himself.
Despite the drama, many couples found each other on the now-defunct show, including Tenley Molzahn and Kiptyn Locke and Ames Brown and Jackie Gordon. However, only one pair made things work in the real world. Holly and Blake Julian, who met during season 2, married in June 2012 and adopted daughter Poppy in September 2019.
