Is Bachelorette Jenn Fated for DWTS Finals? Has Big Brother Voting Been a Delight? Are We Living in the Richard Kind-est Times? And More TV Qs!
We’ve got questions, and you’ve (maybe) got answers! With another week of TV gone by, we’re lobbing queries left and right about Dancing With the Stars, Industry, Power Book II: Ghost and more!
| Could SEAL Team’s Bravo not have picked up a fan or two at the local Malaysian Target? Did anyone expect the news about Mikey to be (gulp) far more dire?

| When Snowpiercer’s freezing Wilford began “thawing” in front of Milius, were you like, “Whaaaaat?!” Or did you instantly recall Josie’s transfusion? Also, in the penultimate sequence, how did Wolf know to enter the car when he did and to apprehend Melanie, whose authority in Wilford’s absence had just moments ago been recognized? ▼
| Isn’t there a not-so-fine line between Industry’s Rishi deciding he’s going to do what he wants with the pavilion, and completely trashing the place — old timey photos included?
| At the end of the day, did Netflix promote/market Chestnut vs. Kobayashi: Unfinished Beef way more than the latest Cobra Kai and Emily in Paris releases combined?
| On All American: Homecoming, how was R&B artist J-Marx expected to have an opinion on that demo song when Cam only played it for 15 seconds? (We counted!)
| Is anyone having more fun on television this year than Richard Kind, who, in addition to serving as announcer/sidekick on Netflix’s John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in LA, has guest-starred as 1) a washed-up Broadway producer on NBC’s Night Court, 2) a possessed judge on Paramount+’s Evil, 3) a heightened version of himself on Netflix’s Girls5eva and 4) an Arconia resident with antibiotic-resistant pink eye on Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building? (We’re truly living through a Kind-aissance!)
| So about that Bachelorette finale: Aside from how badly the producers treated poor Jenn (which we’ve spoken about at length), can they also cool it with all the picture-in-picture reaction shots? ▼ Do we really need to see how some random studio audience member feels about Marcus meeting Jenn’s parents? Don’t you kind of feel like you’re not ready to hop right into The Golden Bachelorette in a couple weeks, after how messy this one got? And can we assume that, as long as Jenn shows even a modicum of talent on Dancing With the Stars this season, that she’s a shoo-in for the finale based on voter support/sympathy?
| Anyone else suspect The Quiz With Balls purposely pitted these families against each other? ▼ And how fun was it to have Jay Pharoah host the rest of this question using his very good Eddie Murphy impression?
| Since Bad Monkey’s Nick seems like he would wildly spend money to have the latest tech gadgets, wouldn’t his iPhone definitely have Face ID, and not Touch ID?
| Is it really a “town hall,” Fox News, if you “run out of time” before the candidate takes a single question from the audience? ▼
| What would a Reacher spinoff about Neagley look like, exactly? Wouldn’t she get in touch with Reacher, as he always does with her, when the going gets too tough?
| Big Brother fans, how delighted are you by this season’s non-unanimous (and in fact very close!) votes on Eviction Night? And given Angela’s controversial start to the season, are you sorta shocked she’s made it all the way to jury?
| Is it a tease to see Prison Break put up huge streaming numbers that would normally trigger revival talk, when Wentworth Miller has famously said he is done playing (a straight) Michael?
| Given the increasingly erratic (and drug-fueled) behavior of Power Book II: Ghost‘s Brayden, how much longer do you think we have until he can’t step in to save Tariq at the last minute, like he did (again) in this week’s episode?
| Selling Sunset fans: Do you ever reflect on how Romain was introduced as the ultimate himbo, but now seems like one of the most grounded members of the cast? (And does that say more about him, or about the O Group realtors as a whole?)
