‘Bachelorette’ Winner Jordan Rodgers Snuck Around in Disguise to See JoJo

JoJo Fletcher and fiancé Jordan Rodgers are finally able to be seen together in public after the season finale of The Bachelorette Monday night. The couple joined Live to tell the harrowing tale of being able to see each other only every couple of weeks in a “safe house” provided to them by ABC. The house also came with one strict rule: They could not go outside.

The couple spent their quality time together inside binge-watching television shows. Fletcher and Rodgers watched all four seasons of Bates Motel in one weekend and had a chance to get caught up on American Horror Story.

But Rodgers wasn’t one to play by the rules set forth by ABC. He told a story of a night JoJo was staying in a hotel in Hollywood and he snuck in wearing a mullet wig and a trucker hat. While Rodgers may be a master of disguise, he is not so much a master of discretion. All the while Rodgers was telling the story, Fletcher looked terrified and claimed it didn’t happen.

Fletcher said of the story, “I’m going to get in trouble. I didn’t do that.”

Rodgers followed that with, “That happened.”

Perhaps the worst part for the couple having to wait so long to go public was dealing with the tabloid rumors about Fletcher.

Rodgers summed it up best when said of the rumors, “We’re not able to publicly support each other or show people how happy we are.”
