Bebe Rexha has a blast with concert crowd outside Lambeau, asks for local bar tips and says wearing a Cheesehead 'is kind of fire'

GREEN BAY - Bebe Rexha told the crowd Saturday night outside Lambeau Field she’s never been to a Packers game at the stadium and knows nothing about football, but it didn’t keep her from going all in on the party vibe and the Cheesehead fashion statement.

The “Me, Myself & I” singer-songwriter headlined the Titletown District’s annual Summer Fun Days Showcase concert to a big crowd that sprawled Lambeau’s west parking lot in front of the stage and spilled across a closed Ridge Road. Some fans opted to take in the free one-hour show from the the grassy slope of Titletown’s Ariens Hill — not close enough to see all the moves of Rexha and her two dancers but well within earshot for hits like “I’m a Mess," “Meant to Be” and newly dropped single “Chase It (Mmm Da Da Da).”

Rexha donned a Cheesehead and then gave it away to the winner of a dance-off onstage featuring two people brought up from the crowd. In an Instagram story shared earlier in the day, she showed herself with it on at the airport.

“People keep looking at me all funny, but I actually think this is kind of fire,” she said in the video. “I’m gonna wear it to the bar tonight and see how many free drinks I get in Green Bay.”

The local nightlife scene also came up during the concert.

“If I want to go out after to get a drink, where do I go?” she asked the crowd. Someone apparently suggested Applebee’s.

“Applebee’s?” she repeated back. “Who makes the best drinks in town? Where can I find a hot guy? I’m single. Tell me.”

She told people to tweet her their suggestions. Stadium View Sports Bar, Grill & Banquet Hall, just on the other side of Lambeau, showed up several times as a recommendation on X, formerly Twitter. Others invited her to XS Nightclub on Main Street. Later in the show, she read a sign from someone in the crowd telling Bebe to go to BB’s Bar on Main.

After singing “Bad B----” early in her high-energy set, she told the crowd that she was reminded she wasn’t supposed to curse during the show and promised to keep it “family friendly-, you know, ish.”

About 30 minutes into her performance, she called out someone throwing bottles on the stage and said she would end the show if it continued.

“Please take them out, out, out, out .... out, out,” she said to security and to applause from the audience. “... Let’s just have fun. That guy doesn’t exist. He’s not (expletive) up our vibe, OK?" She then thanked security.

As part of her Instagram story, Rexha also shared video from earlier in the day at Leaps & Bounds Cafe in Lodge Kohler, where a menu board highlighted two featured drinks in her honor, Bebe’s Bliss and The Rexa Refresher, a mocktail.

“Everbody, look how cute this is, they made me featured cocktails,” she said, sweetly pointing out that her last name was spelled wrong but that it wasn't a big deal because that’s how it sounds.

No word if Rexha was spotted out at a bar after the show and made good on this offer during the concert:

“If you can find me where I am in town you get a drink for free, all right? Twenty-one and older, of course.”
