Behati Prinsloo Cheers on Adam Levine During Super Bowl 2019 Halftime Show Performance
As Adam Levine took the stage on Sunday as part of the 2019 Super Bowl LIII Pepsi Halftime Show, he had an extra-special lady cheering him on: his wife Behati Prinsloo.
Ahead of the show, the model, 30, shared a shot on Instagram of the Maroon 5 frontman, 39, and his bandmates walking onto the field.
“Once in a life time….so proud of these boys @maroon5#superbowl53,” Prinsloo wrote in the caption.
On Prinsloo’s Instagram story, she shared several videos from backstage of the show — including one of Levine with the caption “Yassssssss I’m more nervous,” one of her excitedly walking into the stadium with friends, and one from her seat.
She added of a snap of the field set up with the concert stage, “Oh my g it’s all happening.”

The couple shares two daughters — Gio Grace, 1 this month, and Dusty Rose, 2. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Levine said his daughters would be cheering him on from home.
“The little, little kids, they are going to stay home,” he said. “It is a little bit of a fiasco out here, it is a little crazy, so we are going to keep them home … but they are going to watch on TV and I am going to wear daddy bracelets so they can see that I am representing them well … They get to watch on TV, I am sure they prefer that too, instead of the chaos.”
Prinsloo, who returned to the Victoria’s Secret runway eight months after giving birth to Gio, recently opened up about suffering from postpartum depression after Dusty was born.
“It was difficult to get back into normal life,” she told Net-A-Porter’s PORTER Edit, adding that fortunately, she had a different experience after welcoming her youngest daughter.
“After the second one everything felt so much easier,” the Namibian-born model added “It was easier for me to work out. Breastfeeding was easier.”
Prinsloo also shared that she “didn’t feel under pressure to get back in shape” after giving birth, explaining that she got pregnant with Gio seven months after her big sister Dusty was born.
“I’ve been modeling for 15 years and when I got pregnant I didn’t want to do anything, I wanted to enjoy my time,” she explained. “I really liked being pregnant and not working.”
“When I got pregnant the second time, I just did the same thing,” Prinsloo continued.
The mother of two also opened up about how her little babies are already exhibiting their own unique personalities.
“My daughter Dusty is really funny and bossy. She’s a Virgo; she has such a personality. It’s weird that you can tell their sense of humor when they’re 2,” Prinsloo said.
“Gio is cuddly and sweet,” she revealed of her younger daughter. “I’m excited to see them a little older and really see their personalities [develop] because I think they’ll be very different.”
Super Bowl 53 is airing live from Atlanta on CBS.
