Bella Thorne attended the 30th annual Palm Springs International ShortFest held on Saturday in Palm Springs.
In the recent realm of film, Thorne has embarked on her first directorial role for the upcoming film “Color Your Hurt” following the life and struggles of a young gay man growing up in the Bible Belt.
For her festival appearance, the “Shake It Up” star donned a pair of white sandal heels. The style featured white leather uppers, accompanied by thin but sturdy straps, unique open square toes and sculptural gold heels standing at around 1 to 2 inches in height. The style is classic, save for the artistic heel. The neutral uppers are exceedingly versatile, allowing Thorne’s ensemble to shine through, while her heels act as a supporting actor.
Sandal heels are a go-to footwear item for so many reasons. The height-boosting style is extremely popular amongst celebrities, especially as the weather gets warmer. Whether black or tan, red or multicolored, sandal heels have stood the test of time, making their way into the wardrobes of top stars like Emma Stone, Kylie Minogue, Dakota Fanning, Lori Harvey, Rihanna, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber and Heidi Klum, among others.
In a vibrant twist, Thorne donned a white and neon yellow mesh mini dress. The bodice of the thespian’s dress was strappy and slightly sheer and transitioned into a sheer lace section, followed by an opaque mini skirt.
When it comes to her footwear style, the Disney Channel alum favors pointed-toe pumps and sandals from labels like Aquazzura, Versace and Saint Laurent on the red carpet. When off-duty, she’s also a fan of chunky sneakers and boots from DKNY, Balenciaga and Prada. She is also an avid collector of Chanel shoes, handbags and jewelry, frequently wearing sandals, slides and sneakers from her own archive of the French luxury label.5tt.
