Ben Affleck’s Super-Rare Outing With Son Samuel Shows How Alike They Really Are
Ben Affleck’s facial expressions have made news time and time again, often resulting in relatable memes. Now, he recently made an appearance with his and Jennifer Garner’s rarely-seen son Samuel, this outing shows how alike they truly are: especially when it comes to how expressive they both are.
In photos obtained by Hello! Magazine, we can see the father-son duo watching the Los Angeles Lakers vs. the Toronto Raptors game in Los Angeles; and boy, did these photos show how full of emotion these two are.

So it’s clear that Samuel definitely has his dad’s knack for expressions, and this sweet outing really does show how alike they are. It’s honestly so sweet to see that, and to see how much fun they’re having together!
For those who don’t know, Garner and Affleck were married from 2005 to 2018. During that time, they welcomed three children named Violet, born on Dec 2005, Seraphina born on Jan 2009, and Samuel, born on Feb 2012.
In a previous interview with Access, Affleck talked about how he’s “definitely [a] father first.”
“My life right now is focused on, for sure, being a dad, and that’s the most important thing to me,” he said. “I’m also having a really exciting time professionally [with] a run of movies that are really making me love acting again.”
