Bengals fan adorns Nashville statues with Bengals gear ahead of playoff game vs. Titans
Cincinnati Bengals fan Ernie Mills decided to show some team spirit Thursday morning, dressing up numerous statues around town in Bengals gear.
Some of the statues dressed in black and orange include the Elvis Presley statue and the Loretta Lynn, Jimmy Dickens and Bill Monroe statues outside the Ryman Auditorium.
"I have great respect for the statues surrounding the Ryman and in the Nashville area," Mills said via Facebook. "I was just trying to have some fun ahead of the game."
"I was actually in town to see a show at the Ryman that night ... It just so happened my hometown football team was coming down a couple days later," he said.
The Titans face off against the Bengals this Saturday at Nissan Stadium in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs.
The Bengals beat the Las Vegas Raiders 26-19 in the Wild Card round last Saturday to advance.
