Beyoncé’s Model Nephew Julez Smith Favors Streetwear Inspiration in Wales Bonner Varsity Jacket at MTV VMAs 2024
Julez Smith Jr. made a stylish appearance at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards held at the UBS Arena on Wednesday in New York. The son of singer-songwriter Solange Knowles, Julez is steadily carving out his own identity in the fashion world. For the star-studded event, Julez opted for a casual yet polished look maintaining a youthful streetwear edge.
The 19-year-old donned a Wales Bonner Homecoming Varsity Jacket, a standout piece from the British-Jamaican designer Grace Wales Bonner. The jacket, featuring a tailored silhouette with a brown checkered pattern, gave off a refined, vintage vibe with modern varsity-inspired details. The signature “WB” logo patch added a touch of collegiate inspiration, while the striped cuffs and hem offered a sporty contrast.
