Beyoncé, Zach Bryan, Kacey Musgraves lead 2024 People's Choice Country Award nominees
The nominations for 2024's fan-voted People's Choice Country Awards reflect the extraordinary breadth and scope of artists, places and spaces with which the genre has intersected in the past 12 months.
On Sept. 26, the sophomore version of the event will air live from Nashville's Grand Ole Opry House at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC and Peacock.
Nomination-wise, it's country newcomer Beyoncé leading the field with 12 nominations — including multiple nominations for "Female Song" ("16 CARRAIGES" and "TEXAS HOLD' EM") and "Cover Song" ("BLACKBIIRD" and "JOLENE") of the Year.
Notably, other double-digit nominations leaders include "I Remember Everything" collaborators Zach Bryan and Kacey Musgraves with 11 and 10 nominations, respectively.
2023's People's Choice Country Awards ended abruptly after only half of the awards had been presented. Toby Keith and Wynonna Judd were celebrated as the "Country Icon" and "Country Champion" award winners at the festivities, while Jelly Roll led all performers by winning four times (Male Artist, New Artist, Collaboration and Song) in fan-voted categories.
The top 2023 People's Choice Country Awards nominees included the Big Loud-signed pair of Morgan Wallen and HARDY, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll and Lainey Wilson.

"Country has some of the most passionate fans in music and we artists are so lucky to be supported in doing what we love. I am honored to host an award show that celebrates these awesome fans. Beyoncé, Bryan, Musgraves lead field, new categories
In year two, the event has expanded from 12 to 18 categories, including "Female Song," "Male Song," "Group / Duo Song," "Cover Song," "New Artist Song" and "Storyteller Song" of 2024.
Field-leader Beyoncé has multiple nominations for "Female Song" ("16 CARRAIGES" and "TEXAS HOLD' EM") and "Cover Song" ("BLACKBIIRD" and "JOLENE") of the Year.
Similar to Beyoncé, Bryan's nominations in "The Song of 2024" for "I Remember Everything" and "Pink Skies," plus "The Collaboration Song of 2024" for The War and Treaty partnership “Hey Driver” and "I Remember Everything," plus Musgraves for "Storyteller Song" category for her 2024-released album "Deeper Well"'s title track and "Too Good To Be True" make them multiple category nominees, too.
Other multiple-category nominees include Post Malone, via his music videos for the Morgan Wallen collaboration "I Had Some Help," as well as the Blake Shelton duet "Pour Me A Drink."
