8:00 p.m. — “Previously on ‘Big Brother’!” In the 32nd episode, the contestants competed in the “Wild Robot”-inspired Veto competition, with Makensy pulling out a win. That gave the reigning Head of Household all of the power this week, and she had no intention of switching up her own nominees. That is, until Chelsie got in her ear. After days and days of Chelsie trying to convince Makensy to remove Kimo and put up Leah, Makensy finally obeyed and made the switcheroo at the Veto meeting. Later, an A.I. version of Julie appeared and warned the houseguests that they were in “grave danger” and that the jurors have “gone missing.” Hmm!
8:03 p.m. — Following the blindside, Makensy spoke with Leah to clear the air about what she was hearing around the house about Leah wanting to take a shot at Chelsie. Makensy admitted that she hated making the move to nominate Leah, but she couldn’t deny that the rest of the house was telling her that Leah was going to turn on her. Hoping to “salvage the situation,” Makensy brought Chelsie and Leah together where Leah disclosed that Rubina and Kimo have also been coming for Chelsie per conversations she’s had with them during her HOH week.
8:06 p.m. — Later, Cam informed Chelsie that a conversation he had with Kimo amounted to the other side of the house planning on making a “big move” during a double eviction which from their perspective could only mean taking out Chelsie, Cam or Makensy, not Angela.
8:10 p.m. — Before casting votes in the first eviction of the night, Angela thanked the houseguests for being like family all summer and declared her love for Leah. In Leah’s first plea to stay, she asked for a chance to show her loyalty and promised to help protect anyone that wants to keep her in the game.
8:12 p.m. — In the DR, Kimo voted to evict Leah, Chelsie voted to evict Leah, Cam voted to evict Leah, and Rubina voted to evict Leah. By a vote of 4-0, Leah was the first houseguest evicted on double eviction night. In her exit interview with Julie, Leah said that Makensy made a “big mistake” despite understanding why she made the decision. When pressed, Leah at this point couldn’t say if she’d be more loyal to Makensy or Angela in the end of the game.
8:21 p.m. — To decide the HOH, the eligible players answered questions about the AI Julie from earlier this week in “Warning Messages.” In the first question, only Kimo got it wrong. After two questions, only Cam and Chelsie still had two correct. After the third question, Chelsie took the lead on her own with three correct. Chelsie got her first incorrect answer in the sixth question and was one point ahead of Angela going into the last question. They answered differently to question seven and then Angela got it right, creating a tie between Angela and Chelsie for the win. For this they were asked how many minutes Jankie was alive in the house. Chelsie said 1,080 and Angela said 15,500. Because she went over, Angela lost and Chelsie became the new HOH. Very quickly before going to commercial we heard Chelsie and Cam decide in whisper that “Angela goes home.”
8:32 p.m. — In the live nomination ceremony, Chelsie put Angela and Kimo on the block.
8:39 p.m. — All six players competed in the veto competition for the chance to take someone off the block. In this comp “Eye in the Sky,” the players had to maneuver five balls down a teetering pathway quicker than everyone else. If no one accomplishes it by three minutes, then the player with the most secured in the least amount of time would win. Kimo quickly got two balls in with very little competition from anyone else. Though Angela was speeding up and got four in, Kimo secured the fifth just in time to earn his safety.
8:46 p.m. — As expected, Kimo removed himself from the chopping block. In his place, Chelsie named Rubina as the replacement nominee.
8:54 p.m. — In the second live vote, Kimo voted to evict Angela, Makensy voted to evict Angela, and Cam voted to evict Angela. By a vote of 3-0, Angela became the newest member of the jury. In her exit interview with Julie, Angela said they made the right choice because she’s a threat and she believes she would have beaten all the remaining houseguests in the final two. If she had her choice, she would have wanted to sit next to Kimo in the end and would have been okay even if Kimo beat her.
