‘Big Brother’ Host Julie Chen Moonves Hopes Angela Murray Wins The A.I. Instigator Power
A new power will be unleashed on the Big Brother Season 26 game, and Julie Chen Moonves wants Angela Murray to win it.
Following the fourth eviction of the season, Moonves announced a new power coming into play called BB A.I. Instigator. America would vote for which contestant would carry the power and create havoc inside the house.

In an interview with EW, Moonves initially said she wanted Quinn Martin to get the power as “he thrives in causing chaos” and later added, “But I want to see Angela get it!”
The A.I. Instigator’s power would take the form of an A.I. avatar, with the chosen housemate saying out-of-pocket things that could lead to more drama. Murray won her second HOH of the season this past week, but Martin’s Deepfake HOH power highjacked her power. Instead of Murray making the nominations this week, Martin took control, and an A.I. avatar, in the form of Murray, delivered the news to the house.
Murray has been an agent of chaos since winning the season’s first Head of Household competition. The reality show contestant has been unpredictable and making moves that would’ve gotten her out of the game much quicker.
Some viewers have even theorized that Murray is a production plant only to create drama in the game.
“I mean, good idea,” executive producer Allison Grodner jokingly told Deadline.
EP Rich Meehan added, “She’s been so fun to watch, so unexpected. With all those things, I don’t necessarily blame people for wondering, because it’s been surprising and shocking along the way. But it is always funny, the conspiracy theories that are out there.”
The A.I. Instigator will be revealed on the episode airing Sunday, August 25th at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
