Bindi Irwin’s Daughter Grace Is the Cutest Workout Buddy in a New Video & Her Enthusiasm Is All the Motivation We Need
Taking care of animals by day and enjoying self-care at night is the Irwin way, and Bindi Irwin’s 3-year-old daughter Grace Warrior is learning from the best. The toddler just joined her uncle Robert Irwin for an adorable exercise video, and she is the cutest little workout buddy we’ve ever seen.
“Welcome to the first entry in Grace and Robert’s fitness show. There’s some serious training happening here! ??” Robert captioned the video on Instagram, recording by Bindi. “Filming this was one of my life highlights ?? Can’t wait for part 2!” she commented.

In the cute clip, Robert hung out with Grace outside, dressed in Australia Zoo khaki. Grace wore a light green t-shirt with her curly hair up in a ponytail as she joined him for the workout. “We go down, and we lift with our knees,” Robert coaches as he lifts a water-filled dumbbell. Grace follows suit, bending down and lifting…a tiny stick. She is so cute!
Robert shows her how to “set her feet” and engage her core, which she enthusiastically does. Then it’s time to start crunching! Grace brings the stick up and down, keeping up with her uncle like a little pro. At one point, Robert sets the weight down to show Grace where to flex her arm. As he’s showing her, she reaches over and gives his outstretched hand a high-five — because that’s just the supportive queen she is! “Thank you,” he says, prompting a laugh from Bindi.
Next, they lie down on the ground to work on their pectorals, lifting the weight (and stick in Grace’s cased) above their heads. He asks how many they should do, and Grace suggests 10 before changing her mind. “Can we do billions and billions?” she sweetly asked. Definitely a goal to work toward!
“I think I’ll grab a stick and start working out too!” Bindi and Robert’s mom Terri Irwin commented. Someone else wrote, “The low five sent me ????????”
“How lucky that she has this village to raise her. She trusts him completely that’s beautiful to see,” another person wrote.
Grace and Robert have the cutest relationship. Last month, he shared a photo of him and Grace that is too cute. He holds her up, laughing as she poses for the camera with Robert’s glasses on.
In an interview with E! News in May, Bindi opened up about how her daughter reminds her of her dad, the late Steve Irwin. “I see so much of dad and our beautiful daughter Grace,” she said. “She has so much fiery, passionate energy about her. She just is a determined woman and she never stops moving. I mean, she’s 3 so she is a very busy girl.”
Robert was also praised his niece at the interview. “When you’re with Grace, you really do see everything in a different light,” he told the outlet. “Everything is magic, Everything is special. Everything’s just a big spectacle. And it makes you really value what’s so important in life.”
