They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and that definitely seems to be true when it comes to Zuma Rossdale. The 15-year-old son of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale held a country music performance of his own at stepdad Blake Shelton's bar, and fans can't get over the teen's talent—not to mention Shelton's heartwarming reaction.

Zuma took the stage with an acoustic guitar at Shelton's Ole Red Bar in Nashville, Tennessee, on Monday, July 29, to play a cover of Zach Bryan's "Oklahoma Smokeshow." After introducing his stepson to the crowd, Shelton sat down on a stool across the stage to watch the performance, a huge smile on his face.

Viewers were super impressed with Zuma's musical skills and touched by how proud Shelton looked.

Along with Zuma, Stefani and Rossdale share sons Kingston, 18, and Apollo, 10. The couple split in 2015. Gavin and Shelton were married in 2021.

In April, Shelton opened up to Entertainment Tonight about his plans to "teach [the boys] country" and how the experience of being a stepfather has changed him "in every possible way."

"I learned quickly, not because anything happened, but just, you know, reading the room, you’ve really got [to think], 'I have to take a step back,'" Shelton said.
