Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have officially uncoupled.

Paltrow filed for divorce on Monday citing irreconcilable differences. According to reports, they have already signed off on the terms that their business managers hashed out on their behalf.

The confidential settlement involved both property and custody, and while the details are sealed, it's safe to assume that the former couple will share custody of their two children as they have continued to co-parent amicably since announcing their split a year ago.

Case in point… Gwyneth and Chris recently returned from a family spring break trip in Mexico where they were photographed happily hanging out together with daughter Apple, 10, and son Moses, 9,

After returning back to the States, both Martin, 38, and Paltrow, 42, reconnected with their respective significant others.

The Coldplay frontman has been dating Jennifer Lawrence since August. Although the 24-year-old actress has been across the country filming Joy in Boston, she and Chris recently met up for a romantic weekend in New York City.

Meanwhile, Gwyneth has been publicly stepping out with her beau, Glee and American Horror Story co-creator Brad Falchuk. They were first linked last summer, but were shy to debut their romance. That changed earlier this month at Robert Downey Jr.'s 50th birthday party.

"The idea is you try to [separate] with minimal acrimony. You say, 'Look, we're a family. We have kids. We're always gonna be a family, and let's try to find all the positives in our relationship, all the things that brought us together and the friendship,'" Paltrow explained to Howard Stern in January of the "conscious uncoupling" concept. "And we actually have a really strong friendship, we laugh, we have fun. There are times when it's really difficult and things happen and... I'm sure he doesn't want to hang out with me and I don't want to hang out with him, but for the sake of the kids you do it, but you also don't do it all tense. You really say, 'I really want to find my love for you. I want to forgive you and I want you to forgive me and lets have some fun as a family.'"

So far, so good.
